CBTi is the NICE recommended guideline for treating a sleep disorder and has high efficacy and long-term positive effects. R.E.S.T. stands for Routine, Environment, Stimulation Control, and Thinking. The approach therefore offers a comprehensive look into sleep habits and provides tried and tested tips and solutions resulting in better sleep outcomes.
